  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and packaging; our team will conduct a brief inspection to confirm the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Depending on the item size, you can bring small goods to our service desk or schedule a professional pickup for large furniture pieces for a nominal fee.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once the item is received and processed at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply store credit for your next purchase.
