What are your delivery and assembly options?
We offer White Glove Delivery which includes professional assembly and placement of your new furniture in the room of your choice, as well as removal of all packaging materials.
Do you offer financing for large purchases?
Yes, Regency Furniture provides several flexible financing plans, including no-interest options for qualified buyers, to help you create your dream home on your budget.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
How can I track my furniture order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Our delivery team will also call you 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to confirm a time window.
Does Regency Furniture offer a warranty on products?
All of our furniture comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental stains, spills, and structural damage.
Can I customize the fabric or finish on a sofa?
